Story
Ten thirty-five at Sacai Aoyama, polaroid station, second cycle of the morning. Mariko-san at the coordinator desk had the fit-block-two garment on the rack, the layered jacket with the cropped front and the long back panel. Mei was the fourth model in.
She came in without a polaroid book, just the brief sheet. Took the jacket off the hanger, put it on without looking at the mirror, walked to the tape mark, turned three-quarter, held. Mariko shot four polaroids. Mei did not move between the shots.

Biografie
Born Yokohama-Naka, 2004. Father Japanese telecoms middle-management, mother Japanese former primary-school teacher. Two younger sisters, both still in school. Family Saturday lunch tradition still active when she is in Tokyo.
Signed Tokyo IMG at eighteen after the standard Yokohama scout-by-IMG-streetwear-shoot pipeline. Three Tokyo Fashion Week seasons walked: Yohji Yamamoto S/S 2024 (twelve looks total, she walked look six and look seventeen), Sacai A/W 2025 (look eight), Beautiful People S/S 2025 (look three plus the finale).
